Can I rotate only one PDF page?

Yes. Select the page-range option and enter that page number.

Does this only rotate the preview?

No. Download the result to save the page rotation in a new PDF.

Can I rotate a scanned PDF?

Yes. The tool rotates the page, including the scanned image. It does not recognize or rewrite its text.

Do I need to upload the PDF?
