What this tool does—and what it does not.
Not every PDFbuff tool is a batch operation. Batch compression uses structure cleanup and can skip files that do not get smaller. Large batches can exceed device memory, and the browser may ask permission for multiple downloads.
Batch PDF Processing FAQ
Before you start.
Can I run different operations in one batch?
A batch applies one selected operation and its settings. Run another batch if you need a different task.
Is batch compression the same as image recompression?
No. The batch compression path uses structure cleanup. It can skip files when the result is not smaller.
How does the beta allowance apply to batches?
Pro beta usage counts input documents rather than counting the entire batch as one operation. Check the current beta rules before starting.
Are exported files guaranteed to be correct?
No. Review every output. A successful export does not guarantee that the document meets your requirements.
